By booking, accessing, or participating in our audit session, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with Restaurantprofit.in
These Terms and Conditions constitute a contract under Indian law and are enforceable in a court of law.
Please read the following terms carefully before making your booking. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not proceed with the purchase.
1. Nature of Service
The Menu Audit is a consultation-based service designed to provide insights, recommendations, and actionable suggestions to improve your restaurant’s online menu performance. This is a guidance and advisory service, not a done-for-you execution service. All suggestions are based on our expertise and analysis of your provided information. Results depend on your implementation and external business factors.
2. Booking & Participation
A confirmed booking is required to access the audit session. You are responsible for providing accurate details (restaurant name, links, etc.) before the session.
The session will be conducted at the scheduled time via the designated platform. Failure to attend the session at the scheduled time will be considered a no-show,
and the session may be forfeited.
3. Rescheduling Policy
You may request to reschedule your session at least 12 hours before the scheduled time. Only one reschedule request is permitted per booking. Requests made within 12 hours may not be accommodated.
4. Scope of Audit
The audit session includes:
Review of your Zomato/Swiggy listing (or equivalent platform)
Analysis of menu structure, pricing, positioning, and presentation
Identification of conversion gaps and improvement opportunities
Actionable recommendations for better performance
Any additional services, deeper analysis, or extended scope are not included unless explicitly purchased as add-ons.
5. Add-On Services
Optional add-ons (such as Business Audit Extension, Competitor Analysis, etc.):
Are separate services and must be purchased at the time of booking
Will be delivered as per their defined scope
Cannot be claimed as part of the base audit session
6. No Guarantee of Result
We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as increased orders, revenue, or rankings
Results depend on multiple factors including execution, market conditions, competition, and customer behavior
By proceeding, you acknowledge that this is an advisory service, not a guaranteed performance service.
7. Intellectual Property
All frameworks, strategies, and recommendations shared during the audit remain the intellectual property of Restaurantprofit.in
You are permitted to use them for your own business only
Redistribution, resale, or commercial sharing of our proprietary methods or materials is not allowed
8. Recording & Usage
The session may be recorded for quality, training, or internal purposes
Recording access (if provided) is for your personal use only and must not be shared publicly
9. Payment & Pricing
Full payment is required at the time of booking
Prices are subject to change at any time for future bookings
Add-ons must be purchased during checkout and cannot be retroactively applied
10. Refund Policy
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy page. No refunds will be provided for:
No-shows
Change of mind after booking
Dissatisfaction beyond the defined scope
11. Limitation of Liability
Restaurantprofit.in is not responsible for:
Business outcomes resulting from implementation
Platform-specific changes (Zomato/Swiggy algorithms, policies, etc.)
Any indirect or consequential losses
Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the audit session.
12. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time
Changes will be reflected on this page and become effective immediately upon update
13. Brand Usage Consent
By booking our audit service, you grant Restaurantprofit.in the right to use your brand name, logo, and publicly available assets for Case studies, Testimonials, Marketing and promotional purposes.
This usage will always be professional and for demonstrating real-world application of our services.
