 At Restaurantprofit.in, we aim to deliver exactly what we promise — a practical, no-fluff audit session focused on   improving your restaurant’s online menu performance.

 Eligibility for Refunds:
 We offer a limited refund under the following condition:

 If the audit session is not delivered as promised

 This includes situations such as:
 - The scheduled audit session was not conducted
 - Technical issues from our side prevented the session and were not resolved
 - The session was significantly incomplete or not aligned with the scope mentioned on the website

 Non-Refundable Situations

 We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

 - Change of mind after booking
 - Failure to attend the scheduled session (no-show)
 - Delays or issues caused due to incorrect information provided by the customer
 - Dissatisfaction based on expectations beyond the scope of the audit
 - Results not meeting expectations (as outcomes depend on implementation and multiple external factors)

 Rescheduling Policy:

 - You may request to reschedule your session at least 12 hours before the scheduled time
 - Rescheduling requests made within 12 hours may not be accommodated
 - One-time rescheduling is allowed per booking

 How to Request a Refund:

 We will review your request within 3 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to the   original payment method.
